We only accept email orders at this time. Please send an email with the MS part number to sales@minershop.com. Include your address so that we may prepare the item for shipment.
Paying

We accept check, money order, credit cards (via PayPal). For PayPal send money to sales@minershop.com. Make all checks and money orders out to Mark Cole

Usually a standard $6.00 charge for every order will cover shipping and handling costs. International shipments will be quoted actual cost (insurance mandatory).

Reserving an Item

Items ordered and paid by check will be placed on “reserve” for a maximum of one week - awaiting arrival of payment. Please allow 10 days for the check to clear prior to shipment.

Trades

MinerShop is always looking for high-end specimens and will consider any reasonable trade. The best candidates for a trade are our Greenland Minerals - we carry a large inventory and have direct access to the mining areas.

Return and Trade-Up Policy

Any item may be returned within 5 days for a full refund (shipping not included). You may always upgrade any purchase for any item on the web site at any time, and receive full credit of your purchase price towards the new item. The new item must be equal or greater in price than the original purchase and may not be discounted or on special sale. The returned item must not be broken, cleaned, or damaged in any manner. “Trade-Ups” may only be done on a one for one basis - multiple purchases may not be combined to trade for a lesser number of items. Valid for mineral specimens only. Credit given for the trade is the actual price paid for the item being traded only - shipping is not included. Shipping and handling costs will be quoted for the traded item.

Trades are not available for AUCTION items.
